Eclipse IDE altında Java ile yazılmış Android uygulamasını çalıştırmayı deniyorum.  Run, çalıştır yaptığımda

şeklinde hata alıyorum. "The connection to adb is down, and a severe error has occured." hatasının çözümü nedir?
